Overview

This document specifies requirements for sealing caps with diameters from 8 mm to 63 mm. Such caps are used, for example, for the sealing of holes drilled in manufacturing or of oil feeder holes in cylinder crankcases. This document applies to a conical cap type A and a cylindrical cap type B. This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 067-00-11 AA "Scheiben und Ringe" ("Washers and rings") DIN Standards Committee Fasteners (FMV).
