Overview
This document describes performance test methods for the exchange of electrical power and data between laptop computers and fuel cell/battery hybrid systems. It describes requirements for the test design, such as permissible error limits and test points. The scope of this document is limited to fuel cell power systems operated with liquid or gaseous hydrogen, direct methanol fuel cells, and battery/hybrid power systems. The scope of this document does not include fuel cell power systems equipped with a reformer. This document is typically used to test data and power exchange between micro fuel cell power systems and laptop computers.
