Overview
This standard determines the factory repair of pre-assembled cables and wires that have been assembled for the defence sector and are used in military vehicles or systems of the German Armed Forces. A general process is described, which shall be specifically adapted to the respective product to be repaired. Committee NA 140-00-04 AA "Konfektionierte elektrische Kabel und Leitungen" ("Assemblies of electrical cables and insulated wires") at DIN Standards Committee Electrical Engineering (NE) is responsible for the standard.
