This supplement contains explanatory notes concerning the specifications of VG 96903-50 to VG 96903-80. It lists the requirements on which these specifications are based and which are applicable to the documents. The limits of applicability are shown. In addition to that, the supplement specifies the cases in which a detailed impact analysis shall be carried out and the cases in which an analysis can be omitted.
