Overview
This document specifies the requirements for the use of measurement techniques in the clearance of movable radioactive residue material. This document also applies to the removal of movable items. In the following text, the provisions for clearance also apply to removal. This document does not apply to the clearance of building structures, regulated in StrlSchV Annex 8 Part D, or to floor areas, regulated in StrlSchV Annex 8 Part E. This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 062-07-46 AA "Reststofffragen" ("Questions concerning residues") at DIN Standards Committee Materials Testing (NMP).
