Overview
This document is applicable to wheel-type earth electrode when stringing bare, isolated, and grounded conductors in networks with a rated voltage exceeding 45 kV. It also applies to the voltage range above 1 kV if these lines are located within the sphere of influence of lines rated at more than 45 kV or use a common global grounding system.
