This document specifies information which shall be provided in the case of modification initiatives (CI), modification requirements (CR) and modification approvals (CA). This document specifies the information that must be provided for change initiatives (CI), change requests, and change approvals. Furthermore, the document contains more detailed explanations and handling instructions for the templates included in the document.
