Overview

This document has been prepared by at DIN Standards Committee Shipbuilding and Marine Technology (NSMT), Working Group NA 132-02-11 AA "Schutz der Meeresumwelt" ("Marine environment protection"). This document is an application standard for bilge water tank systems on seagoing vessels. The objective is to define a system configuration for bilge water tank systems to ensure optimum treatment of the resulting liquids.
