Overview

This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 005-09-46 AA "Schließmittel" ("Closing devices") DIN Standards Committee Building and Civil Engineering (NABau). This document provides clarifications regarding the specifications and requirements of DIN 18200 for in-house production control and third-party monitoring of fire and smoke protection assemblies in accordance with DIN 18272-1, which may be used on single-leaf fire-resistant closures as swing doors or flaps with a leaf mass of up to 80 kg in fire resistance classes T30 to T90 (according to DIN 4102-5) or EI2 30 to EI2 90 (according to DIN EN 13501-2).
