Overview

This document is part of the standards program for accessories for mechanical pressure gauges. It applies to cocks with a male connection on the process side and an adjusting nut connection on the instrument side, for a maximum permissible pressure of 6 bar (Form B) and 16 bar (Form A) and an operating temperature range of -10 °C to +50 °C for pressure gauges in pressure measuring arrangements for liquids, gases, or vapors. This document does not specify flat sealing rings; DIN EN 837-1 applies to these. This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 152-04-01 AA "Mechanische Druck- und Temperaturmessgeräte" ("Mechanical gauges for pressure and temperature") at DIN Standards Committee Technical Fundamentals (NATG).
