Overview
This document specifies methods for determining the resin content, fibre content and mass of fibre per unit area of fibre preimpregnates for aerospace use. The EN 2559:2022 + A1:2024 standard has been prepared by AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe - Standardization (ASD-STAN), with the participation of German experts from DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL). The responsible German standardization committee is Working Committee NA 131-02-01 AA "Verbundwerkstoffe" ("Composite materials") at DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL).
