Overview

This DIN SPEC has been prepared by a workshop (temporary committee) in the course of the PAS procedure. This DIN SPEC has been prepared and adopted by the authors named in the foreword. This DIN SPEC describes a scalable methodology for cross-company emissions accounting of transportation processes, taking into account sensitive information and large volumes of data. The focus here is on transportation processes in road freight transport that are the direct or indirect responsibility of a company. Adjacent processes, such as the handling and storage of transportation goods, are not included in the analysis.
