Chemical analysis - Guide to quantification of uncertainty in measurement of quantitative test results - Part 1: Terms and strategies

Title (German)

Chemische Analytik - Leitfaden zur Ermittlung von Messunsicherheiten bei quantitativen Prüfergebnissen - Teil 1: Begriffe und Strategien

Overview

This standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 062-08-15 AA "Grundlagen der analytischen Atomspektroskopie" ("Basic principles of analytical atomic spectroscopy") of the Materials Testing Standards Committee (NMP). This document specifies the terms, strategies, boundary conditions and requirements as well as examines problem statements which are essential for the testing and evaluation of measurement uncertainties according to GUM ("Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement") in chemical analysis. In addition, examples are discussed here for this purpose.
