Overview

This DIN SPEC according to the PAS procedure, specifies a method (SMT) for generation and testing of ship security plans by corresponding institutions in ferry shipping. SMT can be applied not only in maritime shipping, but also in other domains in which security measures based on security levels shall be implemented. SMT components and the method for generation of SMT models are described in the DIN SPEC.
