Overview
The presented standard is a product standard for electrical connection elements. The committee responsible for this standard is NA 140-00-14-04 UA "Kabelschuhe und Verbinder" ("Electrical connection elements") of the Electrical Engineering Standards Committee (NE) at DIN. This standard applies in connection with the generic standard VG 96933-2 for terminal lugs for crimp connection applicable on nickel plated copper conductors up to 340 °C. Terminal lugs according to this standard are subject to qualification approval according to VG 95211.
