Abstract
The previous project management standards DIN 69901, DIN 69902, DIN 69903, DIN 69904 and DIN 69905, which arose from the network planning technique and have been supplemented several times, have been summarized in the parts of DIN 69901, restructured, updated throughout and supplemented with essential parts. The core of the new structure is a model of the processes in the project management system. New additions include project management-specific methods and a data model. The terms from the various previous standard sheets have been combined in this standard.
