Abstract
DIN 55307 is applicable to research, development, and innovation projects that are publicly funded and aim to facilitate technology transfer. The standard addresses knowledge and technology transfer as an essential contribution to achieving project objectives. This document provides a framework for planning, designing, and implementing such transfer. It specifically supports the early phase of project development. The goal of this document is to ensure that technology transfer is an integral part of research projects. The intended users of this document are funding agencies and ministries that issue and approve funding calls, project management organizations that implement calls for proposals and both assess applications and evaluate the achievement of project objectives, applicants or consortium partners of a project proposal, or those who apply in response to a call for projects.
