Overview
This document specifies the requirements relating to: Steel 15CrMoV6 (1.7334) Air melted Hardened and tempered Bars for machining De ≤ 100 mm, 1 080 MPa ≤ Rm ≤ 1 280 MPa for aerospace applications. The standard EN 3523 has been prepared by the ASD-STAN of the AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD) with the participation of German experts at DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL). The responsible German standardization committee is Working Committee NA 131-02-05 AA "Metallische Werkstoffe" ("Metallic materials") at DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL).
