Overview
This document specifies the oval chimneys for accessories for accessories used in the family of rectangular electrical connectors, operating temperature 175 °C continuous. The connector accessory body corresponding to those oval chimneys is specified in EN 4165-014. The standard EN 4165-016 has been prepared by the ASD-STAN of the AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD) with the participation of German experts at DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL). The responsible German standardization committee is Working Committee NA 131-04-03 AA "Elektrische Verbindungselemente" ("Electrical connectors") at DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL).
