Overview
This document specifies the stackable mounting receptacles series 3, for 2 or 4 modules used in the family of rectangular electrical modular connectors, operating temperature 175 °C continuous. The plugs, flight caps and accessories corresponding to those receptacles are specified in EN 4165-002. The standard 4165-005 has been prepared by the standardization organization ASD-STAN of the AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD) with the participation of German experts at DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL). The responsible German standardization committee is Working Committee NA 131-04-03 AA "Elektrische Verbindungselemente" ("Electrical Connectors") at DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL).
