This document specifies the characteristics of self-locking, shank nuts, in NI-PH2601, silver plated, for aerospace applications. Classification: 1 550 MPa /600 °C. The EN 4013 standard has been prepared by the standardization organization ASD-STAN of the AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD) with the participation of German experts at DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL). The responsible German standardization committee is Working Committee NA 131-03-01 AA "Verbindungselemente" ("Aerospace fasteners") at DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL).
