Overview
This document specifies the required characteristics, inspections, tests, quality assurance requirements, conditions for qualification acceptance and delivery of rotary fasteners for structural and non-structural applications. This document applies to all rotary fasteners for structural and non-structural applications. It can be applied when referred to in the product standard or in a design specification. The EN 6095 standard has been prepared by the standardization organization ASD-STAN of the AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD), with the participation of German experts from DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL). The responsible German standardization committee is Working Committee NA 131-03-01 AA "Verbindungselemente" ("Aerospace fasteners") at DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL).
