Abstract

The Technical Specification defines the Policy, Functional and Security Requirements on (qualified) trust services for Electronic Ledger. This includes requirements to ensure: o Provision by one or more trust service providers o establishment of the origin of data records in the ledger o the unique sequential chronological ordering of data records in the ledger o record data in such a way that any subsequent change to the data is immediately detectable, ensuring their integrity over time o they establish the origin of data records in the ledger.
