Policy and security requirements on trust services on electronic ledgers
Abstract
This document defines the policy, functional and security requirements on (qualified) trust services for electronic ledger. This includes requirements to ensure: - their provision by one or more trust service providers; - the establishment of the origin of data records in the ledger; - the unique sequential chronological ordering of data records in the ledger; - the recording of data in such a way that any subsequent change to the data are immediately detectable, ensuring their integrity over time.
