This document specifies both basic and supplementary requirements for plastics and multilayer pipes with a barrier layer against oxygen diffusion, that are intended for use in surface embedded hot water heating systems and radiator connecting systems. This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 041-01-16 AA "Kunststoffrohre für Warmwasser-Fußbodenheizungen" ("Plastic pipes for hot water underfloor heatings") at DIN Standards Committee Heating and Ventilation Technology and their Safety (NHRS).
