Abstract
This standard applies to shut-off valves made of polyethylene, PE 80, PE 100 and PE 100-RC, for use in drinking water distribution systems in accordance with DVGW Code of Practice W 400-1 and the scope of DIN EN 12201-4 (for valves with connections for nominal pipe outside diameters d ≤ 400 mm).
