Overview
This document is applicable to four-way flat pallets (4M) made from polyethylene according to DIN 55423-5, used in transportation chains for meat and meat products, thus, in the food hygiene area. It specifies requirements and tests with respect to the physical properties and it forms the basis for quality monitoring. The document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 115-03-03 AA "Paletten" ("Pallets") at the Packaging Standards Committee (NAVp).
