Abstract
This document specifies the mechanical-dynamic transport loads that can occur during the transportation of goods with the various types of means of transport and during handling. It serves as a basis for further, application-related standards, for example for the design and testing of packaging or goods to be transported. It can also be used as a basis for logistical planning. This document deals with transport loads that can occur when transportation is carried out properly. The consequences of improper handling, an accident or the use of a defective means of transport are not covered by this document. This document does not contain any information on the effects of transportation loads on transported goods, as such effects are determined by the type and sensitivity of the transported goods.
