Overview
This document specifies the dimensions, design, and materials of threaded connections with O-ring for butt welding of tubes with dimensions according to DIN 11866. The coupling nut is specified in DIN 11851. The threaded connections are designed for the following allowable pressures: - external tube diameters of 12,7 mm to 41,0 mm: 4,0 MPa (40 bar); - external tube diameters of 42,4 mm to 104,0 mm: 2,5 MPa (25 bar). These pressures can be applied at temperatures from -10 °C to +140 °C when using suitable seal materials.
