Overview

This standard applies for saddle supports with saddle plates on horizontal apparatus which are usually welded onto the apparatus. It describes a selection of possible saddle shapes and dimensions. This standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 012-00-01 AA NA 012-00-01 AA "Anlagenteile" ("Process equipment") at DIN standards committee chemical apparatus engineering.
