Overview
DIN 820-11 is applicable to the presentation of DIN Standards that are also classified as VDE Specifications or VDE Guidelines, and to the presentation of VDE Prestandards concerning safety requirements in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics and information technology. It also applies to supplements by analogy. DIN 820-11 has been prepared by Working Committee NA 173-00-02 AA "Gestaltung von Normen" ("Presentation of standards") at DIN Standards Committee Principles of Standardization (NAGLN) in cooperation with DKE, the German Commission for Electrical, Electronic & Information Technologies of DIN and VDE.
