Abstract
This document specifies the basic requirements and services of a conference package. It provides principles with the aim of simplifyingthe offer process for both providers and customers in conferences. This document is applicable to conference venues regardless of the number of persons. Note: The use of the term ‘conference package’ does not constitute a ‘package travel” within the meaning of the European Package Travel Directive.
