Personal and household services - Part 2: Service provision
Abstract
DIN 77009-2 specifies requirements for processes and procedures for the provision of personal and household services. In addition to cross-process requirements, general and specific requirements for the provision of services are formulated. These services are - personal services, e.g. childcare and care and respite services, and - household-related services, in particular domestic support, e.g. cleaning, shopping, food preparation, laundry, gardening, simple household repairs, support in the area of information and communication technologies. Personal and household-related services are not necessarily tied to a household as the place of service provision. Both service providers and suppliers who cover all areas and those who only offer individual areas are addressed. This document does not describe job profiles or standards for vocational training and further education.
