Abstract
This document contains regulations for the planning, dimensioning, installation and maintenance of mounting systems (including ballasted systems) for solar installations (photovoltaic and solar thermal) and their construction and attachment to flat or pitched roofs and façades. This document does not apply to the electrical, thermal, fire protection or mechanical properties and durability of the PV modules and solar collectors themselves and their electrical or hydraulic connections.
