Sustainability of construction works - Guidance on development of scenarios and on information in relation to technical characteristics and functionality and on use of management processes
Abstract
The purpose of this document is to provide a basis and further guidance related to the assessment of sustainability performance of buildings in accordance with the Framework Standard EN 15643:2021. The document gives: - guidance on relationships and interlinks between sustainability assessment and consequences for related building and life cycle model, - guidance for development and description of horizontal and specific scenarios within the modules, and what sources can be used to retrieve the necessary information for these scenarios, - information for technical characteristics and functionality, - information on the use and assessment of quality of management systems (process-based approach) used in the life cycle of the building.
