Abstract

This document defines the basis for the design of tolerances to account for geometric imperfections in construction execution as well as for the verification of dimensional accuracy. It is applicable to structures and structural elements. The subject of this document is tolerances for execution-related dimensional deviations of the types of deviations addressed herein. These tolerances are material-independent.
