Circular Economy in the Construction Sector - Communication of circular related information - Horizontal requirements for digital passports for construction products
Abstract
This proposed work item is to define, describe and identify the main indicator for the circularity aspects for products and components for integration into digital passports for construction products. Identifying the circularity aspects is intended to support the parallel development of the coming construction digital product passport (DPP). This work should be aligned with the Eco-Design for Sustainable Product Regulation, particularly the Digital Product Passport. This work should also be aligned with the European Commission's delegated act to establish criteria for a construction digital passport under the Construction Product Regulation. This NWI should be in alignment with on-going parallel activities in the proposed new working groups under CEN/TC 350/SC1.
