This document refers to the needs for visual comfort and performance, but not to occupational health or safety requirements. It primarily addresses designers. This document describes the framework for the implementation of lighting concepts. The information contained in this document serves to help comply with the requirements both of ASR A3.4 and of DIN EN 12464-1. This Supplement has been revised by Working Committee NA 058-00-04 AA "Innenraumbeleuchtung mit künstlichem Licht" ("Artificial indoor lighting") at DIN Standards Committee Lighting Technology (FNL). It supplements the European Standard for the Lighting of work places DIN EN 12464-1.
