Abstract
This document specifies a method for measuring the electrical outputs, current and voltage, from electroshock weapons (ESWs) that deliver an electrical stimulus to humans. It includes methods for measuring and/or computing a variety of parameters that may be used to characterize the electrical output of the ESW.
