Abstract

This part of IEC 60794 applies to aerial optical fibre cables like ADSS, OPGW and OPPC that might be exposed to aeolian vibrations. The object of this standard is to define test procedures to be used in establishing uniform requirements for mechanical performance – aeolian vibration.
