Abstract
This document contains general terms and definitions. Furthermore, general balancing procedures are described, whilst separate information are given for the calculation of residential and non-residential buildings. Proceedings for the balancing of buildings are specified and factors for the assessment of the environmental efficiency concerning energy demands (primary energy factors, CO2-equivalents) are compiled.
