Abstract
This document covers the identification of existing guidelines, industry studies, the extension of the life of wind turbines. Consultation with industry specialists, wind farm operators, service providers. Investigation of alternative approaches to solve the problem of planning uncertainty of wind farms with different access to model parameters, operating data - relationships between input parameters, operating data, physically based models and certainty of predicted remaining life/failure risk. Identification of appropriate models of remaining useful life and guidelines for their effective use.
