The German standardization committee NA 062-08-28 AA "Qualification of non-destructive testing" develops standards for probabilistic capability and reliability determination for non-destructive testing methods, whereby a holistic description of reliability determination is to be formulated. Special features are the use of physical-statistical models to describe the test information as well as human factors and organizational factors.
