Thermal analysis

The working group NA 062-08-14 AA "Thermal analysis" is concerned with principle standardization work in the field of the thermal analysis (TA). The area of responsibility involves primarily the description of terms and basic rules of the differential thermal analysis (DTA), the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and the thermogravimetry (TG) as well as the determination of temperatures and heats of transition and the determination of the thermal expansion (dilatometry) of solids. Further thermal analysis methods are also discussed.
