Overview

DIN SPEC 1168 (Technical Report) is the German translation of CEN Report CR 14377, which has been published to provide guidance to those Working Groups of CEN/TC 264, who are involved in the preparation of European Standards which specify reference methods to measure ambient air quality in accordance with relevant EU Directives and demonstrate compliance with the specified data quality objectives. The aim of this CEN report is to present the methodology to these Working Groups, with the help of which the specifications for determining the measurement uncertainty and the measures for quality assurance and quality control which assure validity of the field measurements and continuous adherence of the EU data quality objectives are to be implemented into the standards.
