Climate and Environment are topics that particularly preoccupy us in times of climate change and affect almost all aspects of our lives. This is also reflected in the funding programmes of the European Commission as well as in national research funding. To be able to implement the ambitious goals, such as achieving climate neutrality or adapting to climate change, innovative ideas are required, which are developed in various research projects.

DIN supports research projects by identifying standardization potentials and managing standardization activities to develop standards as an effective tool, especially when it comes to transferring research results into marketable products and services more quickly and easily and promoting rapid market access for innovations.
