Abstract
This technical specification covers factory made flexible pipe systems for buried district heating networks with thermoplastic reinforced service pipes (TRSP) with a maximum operating temperature up to 115°C, a maximum operating pressure up to 16 bar and a minimum service life of 30 years. The factory made bonded or non bonded flexible pipe systems, covered by this technical specification, consists of: - Thermoplastic reinforced service pipe, which consists of an inner layer made of PE-X, a thermoplastic intermediate layer, a reinforcement layer made of aramid fibres, an outer thermoplastic layer and a diffusion barrier layer, with bonded structure; - Thermal insulation layer; - Casing made of PE
