Financial services
The “Financial Services” Working Committee is the German counterpart body for international standardization in the field of financial services. In particular, it supports the work of the “Financial Services” (ISO/TC 68) and its subcommittees, and represents German interests in international standardization efforts.
The subject area includes, among other things, banking, information exchange, reference data, payment transactions, and security and encryption methods. Current projects focus on semantic technologies for financial information, public-key infrastructures, cryptographic security devices, PIN security, and digital security standards.
