Earth masonry mortar - Requirements, test and labelling; Amendment A1
Abstract
This document specifies requirements, testing and labelling for factory-made earth masonry mortar for load-bearing and non-load-bearing earth block masonry. DIN 18940 and the “Lehmbau Regeln” (Earth construction rules) apply to the use of such earth masonry mortar. This document does not apply to stabilized earth masonry mortar. This document also does not apply to site-made earth mortar. This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 005 06 08 AA “Construction materials made of earth” of DIN Normenausschuss Bauwesen (DIN Standards Committee Building and Civil Engineering).
