DIN Standards Committee Building and Civil Engineering

Abstract

The DIN/TS 18599 series provides a procedure for carrying out the overall energy balance of buildings. The typical application for the procedure described in this document is energy consulting for existing buildings, which has been carried out using the calculation approaches of the DIN/TS 18599 series. This document contains two main application aspects: - Demand-consumption balance; - Object-specific balance with adapted boundary conditions.
